Orange Outstanding Business Awards Terms and Conditions
Entry is open to all businesses in the Orange (2800), Millthorpe (2798) or Blayney (2799) postcodes. All entrants must be registered with the Australian Tax Office (ATO) as a business and hold a current Australian Business Number (ABN).
Non-Member businesses are eligible to nominate.
All nominations must be submitted through the Orange Business Awards website – and include the required information. Nominations will not be accepted through alternative methods.
Only businesses nominated by the public no later than 17th February 2021 are eligible to lodge a submission.
By lodging your submission, you agree to be bound by the Terms and Conditions of entry.
Your entry must be submitted by 5pm Australian Eastern Standard time on 8th April 2021. The Orange Business Chamber reserves the right to extend or vary the entry period if required, before or after the award entry period commences.
The Orange Business Chamber reserves the right to declare any entry ineligible, if during the term of the award process your entry form is incomplete or deficient, false or misleading in any way.
Contact information provided in the nomination form will not be disclosed to media partners of the Orange Business Chamber.
The Orange Business Chamber encourages nominating businesses to actively promote their involvement in the Orange Outstanding Business Awards, however, the purchase of advertising with media partners of the Orange Business Chamber, will not determine or favourably affect the results determined by the independent judging panel of the Orange Outstanding Business Awards.
All information provided in the finalists submission forms will be used for the purpose of judging only and will be treated as commercial-in-confidence by the Orange Business Chamber.
Awards presented will be to the organisation or person named on the submission form.
Finalists will be notified by email and published on the Orange Business Awards website.
If you are selected as a finalist, the information provided in the entry will be used for the purpose of promoting the Orange Outstanding Business Awards and your business.
No alterations to submissions will be permitted after 8 April 2021. Submissions may be withdrawn prior to announcement of winners.
All entries are judged by a panel, independently selected from business and community leaders from across NSW and interstate – outside of Orange NSW.
The judges decision is final and no further correspondence will be entered into.
Winners of categories aligned with the NSW Business Chamber Regional Awards program, must be financial Members of the Orange Business Chamber and local alliance Members of the NSW Business Chamber at the time of entry and during the term of the NSW Business Chamber Regional Awards process, to participate in the 2021 NSW Business Chamber Regional Awards.
Sponsors may enter the Orange Outstanding Business Awards but may not enter the category that they are sponsoring.
Board Members of the Orange Business Chamber are not eligible to enter themselves or their business for the Orange Outstanding Business Awards.
Board Members of the Orange Business Chamber are not eligible to represent their business in the Orange Outstanding Business Awards.
